As a result of the severe drought situation we are experiencing, the District will be shutting down the entire system at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4th. By that time, we will have completely exhausted our water supply in Emigrant Lake. We would like to thank everyone for their cooperation during this shorter than normal irrigation season.
Let’s all have good thoughts for an extremely wet winter because it is imperative that we have rain in the valley and snow in the mountains to replenish the water supply for the 2027 season.
