You may have recently received a message entitled McDonald System Update from TID. This email was meant to be sent to only the 100 residents on the McDonald System. However, due to an error on our part it was sent to many water users who are not on the McDonald system and are not affected. The vast majority of our water users (approximately 3000) are not on the McDonald System. The rest of the TID system will continue to have water service.
