We received notice today, May 21st, from the Jackson County Watermaster’s office that when they measured the water yesterday on McDonald Creek, it is slightly above the amount where they will begin regulating the water rights back to the year 1910. They expect to implement the regulation no later than the end of next week which means the McDonald System will be completely shutdown for the season. We currently have enough water to run both the Upper West and Fredericks laterals, so we will not be rotating them at this time.
